PERFORMANCE: THE 2008 SUMMIT CONCERTS

STARRING "THE HEADS OF STATE"
BOBBY BROWN, JOHNNY GILL AND RALPH TRESVANT

As the impressive 25th anniversary of R&B/pop group New Edition is celebrated, three of the group's front men, Bobby Brown, Johnny Gill and Ralph Tresvant, will embark on the 2008 Summit Concerts tour as "The Heads of State." Performing for the first time in Los Angeles as "The Heads of State," the trio will take command of the Greek Theatre stage on Sunday, November 9. Tickets go on sale on Saturday, September 20 at 10 AM.

In addition to performing new material, "The Heads of State" will be showcasing all their hits as solo artists including Bobby Brown's "Don't Be Cruel" and "My Prerogative," "Rub You the Right Way" and "My, My, My" by Johnny Gill and Ralph Tresvant's "Sensitivity." In an intimate setting, the trio will lead the audience through a musical journey, highlighting milestone moments in their lives and careers as accomplished singers, musicians and friends. Through colorful narration, music, song, heartfelt tributes and vibrant dance, the group will invite the audience to share in the events and experiences which inspired and influenced their evolution from boys to men.

The show promises to be an evening of hot jams, classic ballads and new tracks from three of the most talented and charismatic artists in soul music. Don't miss the chance to witness "The Heads of State's" first live performance debut in Los Angeles on November 9. Your ticket purchase will also benefit others as a portion of the proceeds will also go to local organizations assisting battered women and abused children.
