Before the show, Trocaderos' CEO, Shane Segal, introduced me to Brown.
He looked nervous, so I want to know how he was feeling. "Good," Brown said. A woman, a Slenderoni, if you will, about one-third the size of Brown's stage dance partner, said, "Wait until he comes off, OK. You can talk to him when he comes off [stage]."
Segal got a kick out of seeing me blown off by the woman he called "the girlfriend."She's got spunk," Segal said. "You've got to like that."
Moments later I noticed the backstage door being held open. Outside, Brown was pacing.
I asked Bobby whether he was dating these days.

BOBBY BROWN's aides are denying reports the R+B star is set to wed again - just a week after his divorce from Whitney Houston became final. Reports suggest the My Prerogative singer is set to propose to girlfriend Alicia Etheridge, who is a former friend of his ex-wife. American magazine In Touch Weekly claims Brown and Etheridge moved in together last year (06) after Houston split from her husband, and Brown has been shopping for an engagement ring. But one insider, close to Brown, says, "There's no wedding or engagement planned."

Brown & Houston Divorce Finalized

As far as Whitney Houston's concerned, broken hearts could do themselves a favor by going to Orange County.
That's where a judge signed off Wednesday on the terms of the Grammy winner's divorce from estranged hubby Bobby Brown, awarding her custody of the couple's 14-year-old daughter, Bobbi Christina, and setting Apr. 24 as the day when Houston is officially free to dance with somebody else.
Houston, who in December requested a default judgment to speed up the process of becoming single, reportedly got rather emotional during the hearing, dabbing her eyes with a tissue and refusing to speak to reporters outside the courtroom.
According to court documents filed by Houston, 43, she and Brown, 38, had a prenuptial agreement preventing them from amassing community property and paying spousal support, leaving the issue of custody as the main item on the legal agenda.
"It's very difficult to communicate" with Brown, Houston told Superior Court Judge Franz Miller. "He's unavailable...He doesn't keep his word. If he says he's going to come, sometimes he comes, most of the time he doesn't.
"His schedule is erratic. I don't know where he's going to be at any point in time."
For starters, Brown wasn't in court on Wednesday. His attorney, Ram Cogan, said that he will file a petition protesting the custody ruling, which provided for "reasonable" visitation with Bobbi Christina.

March 30, 2007. Ever since the tragic car accident that left a woman dead, countless celebrities have reached out to support R&B singer Brandy. But MediaTakeOut.com has learned that a few weeks ago, Brandy started receiving support calls from the one most unlikely of sources.
It turns out that Bobby Brown has been calling Brandy. And the two have reportedly turned into phone buddies - talking at least three times in the past two weeks.
But get this. According to one popular celebrity spy - Bobby has asked to "take [Brandy] out to help lift her spirits." The spy told MediaTakeOut.com, "Bobby knows what it's like to be facing time in jail. He's trying to help Brandy through it."
Brandy could be charged with negligent homicide in connection with the accident. If found guilty of those charges, she could face more than a year in prison.
